Licensing

NACDA Consulting works closely with the client’s licensing personnel to expand their licensing opportunities. Developing co-branding promotions is an effective way to build a client’s brand as well as generate additional revenue. Another way is the creative use of logos and team slogans. NACDA Consulting has extensive experience in developing programs such as these.

Development/Fundraising

NACDA Consulting can assist you with all of your fundraising and development challenges from implementing a point system to developing new member perquisites. We have helped many collegiate athletic departments in starting or revamping their development programs or creating a plan to raise funds for facility renovation. The strategically-built plan always works in cooperation with the school’s existing development efforts.

Merchandising

NACDA Consulting can review the current merchandising efforts that occur on-campus, at athletic events as well as off-campus. Recommendations for expansion or greater vendor selectivity can be expected. Any contracts that are in place with merchandisers will be reviewed as well. Should a request for proposal be needed, NACDA Consulting can write the RFP and help evaluate the responses. NACDA Consulting has the luxury of maintaining numerous merchandising contacts.

Ticketing

Increasing ticket sales is a constant challenge for almost every athletic department.  NACDA Consulting can develop a strategic plan that virtually guarantees an increase in ticket revenues. Packaging of tickets, ticket prices, group sales, creative ticket promotions, etc. are just a few of the ways NACDA Consulting can assist an athletic department. A thoughtfully prepared plan to charge for vehicle parking at athletic events is often beneficial as well.

Media Rights

NACDA Consulting can analyze current agreements, inventory and available rights to create a customized media rights solution.  We also provide expertise in creating and managing the RFP process for schools wishing to bid their multi-media rights to potential third-party partners. 

Food/Beverage Concessions

The pricing of menu items, the selection of what food items are offered, the number and location of points of sale, per caps and percentages paid back to the athletic department are a few of the areas that need to be addressed.
