Ken Goldberg

Ken Goldberg is an experienced licensed retail professional.  He has over 17 years experience in the sports licensed arena.  From 1993 to 2002, Mr. Goldberg worked at the University of Florida Athletic Association where he was the Director of Licensing and Sportshop Operations.  During this tenure, he grew the licensing revenues at UF while reducing licensees.  He also grew the retail operations from $350,000 to nearly $3 million over a nine year growth plan.

From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Goldberg worked for Reebok as the NBA Senior Product Line Manager.  In this role, Mr. Goldberg was responsible for all of the retail and promo business for the NBA, WNBA, NBDL, and USA Basketball.  From 2006-2009, Mr. Goldberg was Director of NCAA for the adidas group.  In this role, Mr. Goldberg was responsible for a $32 million College Business Unit which included outfitting, retail, marketing, licensing, and sales.   In three years, he took adidas from No. 20 to No. 3 on CLC’s licensee ranking.   Building on the philosophy of “don’t leave any crumbs on the table”, Mr. Goldberg strives to continuously find ways to think outside the box for new revenue streams.

Mr. Goldberg is a founding member of the International Collegiate Licensing Association (ICLA) and Fair Labor Association (FLA).  He is a Chicago native and a graduate of The Ohio State University.  Ken resides outside of Boston with his wife and 2 children.
